only 4 of us came to this new realm so i cant say it was a guild transfer, but its defintly a change. if your new im sure you'll find that we are nice people who are more focused on having fun than ragging on people cause there noobs or something. so come and stay and learn

Guys, we need to talk on a few things. we are starting to have a few in guild problems. people arent focusing on our true goal. I know we all want to have fun but thier are a couple of important things i must stress. FIRST, if yoo dont get in on a guild raid, its not cause we hate you, its just cause someone else was here first, or that your not geared enough, or its a scrub raid and we are using it to test out how well new ppl in the guild perform. SECOND, all members should be FOR the guild. i understand that alot of ppl have friends they are close with and you like, and thats good. but that does not mean that you leave other ppl out for that reason, or that you only include those people. THIRD, we have raid leaders set up already, i understand that anyone can lead a kara or some shit like that, but we have things set up so that ppl can start to to see who are the leaders and who will be doing what in wrath. LAST, MOST IMPORTANT, we are a progression raiding guild, this will take massive amounts of time and effort, if your not up to the challenge just leave now, and if you dont show the effort you will get gkicked anyway not a single person is absolved from this. not even me

The ranks for the guild are as follow, this may change if we see any problems with it

Rank 1 - Guild Master - his responsabilty is to be a constant douche (=

Rank 2 - High Council - the officers of the guild, makes decisions on all guild matters, has full rights to everything on the site and guild

Rank 3 - Raid Leader - people who have proven themselves to know all the classes of the game and have the time and ability to lead a raid, responsible for knowing all of our guild dkp rules and practices, along with having extra required add ons

Rank 4 - Raid Assistant - people who want to become raid leaders, these people have similiar rights to raid leaders, but they can not lead on thier own or change dkp. basically this is a trial for people who want to become raid leaders, or if we have too many raid leaders you will stay here till a spot opens up

Rank 5 - Raid Veteran - people who have been with us for a long time. they have proven themselves to be on the top rung of whatever class they play and has become an essential part of the guild. these people would probably be allowed to become raid assistants unless they do not have the time to handle the responsabilty.  To reach this rank a microphone is required.

Rank 6 - Raid Seargent - the normal rank for people who raid with us well and consistently

Rank 7 - Raid Rookie - people who have raided with us at least once and proven not to be a total dumbass at thier class

Rank 8 - Chaos Trial - a trial account for people who have just joined the guild

Rank 9 - Chaos Alt - all people under level 70 (soon to be 80 in wrath) and for someones alt in the guild
